The Max Pro app may only be used by the employees of Max Property Agency Company who have been authorised by unique staff IDs.
By accessing the Max Pro App, you acknowledge and agree that
(i) you are authorized to access the personal details, commissions and submit documents;
(ii) your access rights are personal to you and you will not permit to share your access to any other party;
(iii) your access to the Max Pro app is solely for the purpose of retrieving commissions, submitting documents and for no other purpose;
(iv) your access may be limited at the discretion on the commissions, at any time and for any reason, and
(v) you acknowledge sole responsibility for and assume all risk arising from your use of the Max Pro app.
